Shipping Coverage:
HSP Mart ships its products across almost all parts of India. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. We ship from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.
Shipping Charges & Timelines:
We make every effort to deliver your products within 3 to 4 business days to the address specified during checkout.
Free Delivery: HSP Mart offers FREE standard delivery anywhere in India — no hidden charges.
If any item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, our team will notify you within 2 business days to arrange either a backorder or a full refund.
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Metro & Tier-1 Cities: 3–4 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–6 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days (via India Post)
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp and SMS to monitor your order status.
Delays & Exceptional Cases:
At HSP Mart, we strive to deliver as per the estimated timeline. However, due to unforeseen logistics challenges, weather conditions, or courier delays, there might be occasional delays.
In rare cases where a shipment is untraceable or delayed excessively, HSP Mart reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Address Change:
You may request an address change only if the order status is Pending or Confirmed and the item hasn’t been shipped.
If there’s a difference in taxes or shipping rates between the two addresses, the change may not be accepted.
International Shipping:
Currently, HSP Mart does not deliver to international locations. Deliveries are limited to India.
Tracking Your Order:
Once shipped, we’ll share the courier name and tracking number via WhatsApp and SMS.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to reflect online after dispatch.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 24 hours of ordering, please contact our support team.
Parcel Condition:
Please do not accept the package if you find it tampered with or damaged. Report it immediately to our support team for quick resolution.
Non-availability on Delivery:
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the package.
