2. Order Cancellation by HSP Mart
HSP Mart reserves the right to cancel an order in part or in full under the following circumstances:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.

Payment is incomplete or unauthorized.

The order appears to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Refund on Cancelled Orders

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund is applicable since no payment was collected.
