Return & Refund Policy

At HSP Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, our liberal return policy allows you to return most products within 10 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in original condition, and have all tags intact.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Returns will only be accepted after we receive a Return Authorization Confirmation via email.

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@hspmart.com within 10 days of receiving your order, mentioning your order number and the reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and confirm if the product is eligible for return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  4. Please ensure the product is securely packed for transit.

3. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or wrong item due to an error from our side, we will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost to you, or

  • Offer an exchange for a similar product (if available).

A reverse pickup will be scheduled in such cases.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • The refund amount will not exceed the original value of the product.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds or cancellations cannot be made:

    • If delays are caused by unforeseen conditions (e.g. weather, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays).

    • After the order has been dispatched.

5. Exceptions

Returns or refunds may not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events.

  • Items without original tags or damaged packaging.
